Elite Academy: Mentorship Program
When I left my OBGYN practice to begin a new career in aesthetic medicine, the transition was anything but easy. With very little peer guidance, I had no choice but to navigate this new field on my own. I have grown over the past ten years opening two MedSpas and growing my staff and patients.
Since then, I’ve found success as an aesthetic injector and have become a national trainer for one of the most globally trusted names in aesthetic medicine.
As an aesthetic trainer, I’ve met both doctors and nurses who find themselves in the same position I was once in. My goal with the Elite Academy Mentorship Program is to help you jumpstart your career as an aesthetic injector, and to provide you with the guidance and tools you’ll need to do it successfully and stand out in this ever-evolving industry.
Basic Shadowship
Who It's For:
- Recommended for novice injectors who have been injecting for less than one year, or for medical professionals who are completely new to the aesthetic side of medicine. Our BASIC SHADOWSHIP program is great for anyone who would like to experience first-hand what it takes to run a successful aesthetic practice.
What's Included?
- Half-day with Dr. Lieman at Elite Medspa + Wellness
- Begins with an introduction and a 30-minute Q&A session with Dr. Lieman to make sure you get the most out of your time.
- Four hours shadowing Dr. Lieman with real patients
- Wrap-up meeting with opportunities to ask any lingering questions about injection techniques, medical supplies, software, business practices, and anything else you’d like to know about running an aesthetic practice!
- One 3-month follow-up Zoom call to check-in and help you stay on track with your goals!
Elite Shadowship + Mentorship
Who It's For:
- Recommended for the more experienced injector. The ideal mentee already works in aesthetics and is ready to branch out and take their business to the next level. Maybe you have been renting out an injection space for a few years and finally have the clientele to open up your own medspa and just don’t know where to begin – this program is for you!
What's Included?
- A full day with Dr. Lieman at Elite Medspa + Wellness Center
- 1-hr business review + assessment with Dr. Lieman
- 4 hours shadowing Dr. Lieman with real patients
- Patient consultation process
- Medical equipment and product consultation
- Marketing best practices
- 30-minute wrap up with Q&A session and goal-setting
- Letter of reference from Dr. Lieman
- Three 1-hr monthly follow up Zoom meetings to check-in and help you stay on track with your goals!
For the Elite Academy + Mentorship, we'd like to give them the opportunity to check out online with paypal. The basic shadowship will be $2999 usd and the Elite Shadowship + Mentorship program will be $4500. I'd like to first finalize all content before integrating paypal.
